We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help — please read our policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with all tags attached
Free from odors, stains, or signs of wear
In original packaging where applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Jewelry and accessories
Intimates and swimwear
Sale or clearance items
Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase

Return Shipping

***Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund total.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total on all approved returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email us at chaos@blackgraffiti25.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
